Welcome to the Choupiques Marsh web site.
I will have several areas on this web site. The main things covered are: ponds and enclosures ( aquariums, vivariums, etc.) The Great Marsh of Wisconsin and other fish and herpetology related items.
Here is a picture of the marsh that I visit often. The canal in the front of the picture is inhabited most commonly by Golden Shiner, Northern Pike, Bowfin, Pumpkinseed, Common Snapping Turtle, Midland Painted Turtle, Blandings Turtle, Bullfrog, Green Frog and Leopard Frog. The back drop is home to Grays and Copes Tree Frogs, Spring Peepers, Bluespotted Salamander, Redwing Blackbird, and several shore birds.
